Experience the Reef

explore Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce Canyon, Goblin Valley

Capitol Reef is Utah’s 2nd largest park with 378 square miles named for a particularly colorful section of the fold where rounded Navajo sandstone forms capitol-like domes and sheer cliffs, often referred to as a “reef.” Although a highway now crosses the “reef,”  there are hundreds of hiking and off road trails  for those who want to see the park’s more remote regions.
